Return Policy

If you receive a defective item, please report it promptly on Dave Cart Chat within 3 working days of receiving the product. Attach an image or video illustrating the defect.

**Conditions for Return:**
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, instructions, and manual documentation.
- The product must not be damaged, scratched, or soiled.

**Return Process:**
1. Report the issue within 3 working days.
2. Dave Cart will inspect the product and contact you with a resolution.
3. Properly package the return to avoid damages in transit.

**Important Points:**
- Dave Cart is not liable for courier fees for issues reported after 3 working days.
- Credit vouchers will be loaded onto the Dave Cart customer account after assessing the return.
- Defective, unwanted, or damaged products reported after 3 days may not be processed.
- Exchanges will be made for defective/faulty products, in accordance with applicable law.
- Section 16 of the CPA allows the return of defective goods within 3 working days, with return costs borne by the consumer.
